Urvan, Lord of Rules, is the antithesis of Taltikka. His is the province of law, rulership and fate itself, and his rivalry with his sister is mirrored in the faiths of both. He is a popular state religion in many orderly societies, and his priests are notable for being stoic arbitrators of the local law. He typically appears as a wise, noble man in the robes of a judge or lawmaker. His symbol is a book within a circle of rope.
